Only met for a few minutes, but was very nice and helpful. Had good communication. I text him and he rang back straight away. He referred us to the appropriate people. He was very knowledgable about our sons condition.

Dr Richard Mupanemunda is a very good doctor who listens to patients concerns, never promises wonders but has a very good realistic approach when handling cases. His personal attributes are what constitute him as a professional consultant, he is humble and patient, very attentive when concerns are being presented before him. He knows his roles and responsibilities very well and is one of the best doctors in neonatal. Words of praise fail us but well done to Dr Richard Mupanemunda. Parents of Daniel Tapfumaneys
